Safety first
Yours and our safety remains top priority. Covid-19 requirements have changed, but we want to reassure you that we still have safety measures in place.
Small groups and all activities take place outdoors
We only work with small groups, and our activities take place completely outdoors in our private woodland. So there’s plenty of space and lots of fresh air!
Coming to your event
- Please only venture to the woods if you are well. You must not enter our woodland if you or anyone in your household has coronavirus or has had symptoms within the last 10 days. You should follow the latest rules on self-isolation here: https://gov.wales/self-isolation
- Please pack a bottled drink – and remember to take all rubbish home with you
- You agree to follow our covid-19 protocols at events

Can I get a refund if I can no longer make the event? What happens if I have symptoms of coronavirus or we go back in to lockdown?
Bookings are non-refundable. Please make sure that you can attend the event before buying a ticket.
If you’re unable to attend because you need to self-isolate, you’ll be offered to either transfer your tickets to another event (within 12 months) or receive a gift voucher valid for 12 months.
If we need to cancel the event for any reason (including if there’s a change to lockdown) we will provide a full refund.
Can additional people come along to watch?
Sadly, no, we cannot have additional people on site at this time. Only the tickets holders / people participating and adult supervisors can be present during the event. There are occasional exceptions to this, please contact us to check before making a booking, thank you.
