On Saturday we welcomed Gandalf, Jack Sparrow and various characters from Dungeons and Dragons for a stag do to remember. It was pretty memorable for us too! 👍
The day started with lots of laughter and me giggling as the group wandered in to our woodland. I knew from the start they were going to be a fun group.
We started the day with a campfire cuppa & our 
usual safety briefing. With the addition this time of extra things to consider whilst in fancy dress (which we’re absolutely fine about by the way. Check out our ‘Can I wear fancy dress?’ blog about this)
And then we got started with some axe throwing. The guys got to have a go at throwing various types of axe and then we introduced a couple of games. We finished with an individual competition, and it came down to the stag, his brother and Dad in the final. The stag was victorious ✌️
Then we moved on to some archery and some more friendly competition. High scores and lots of balloons popped. And they said they’ve not done archery before, I think they’re after my job! 😉
We toasted the day with marshmallows on the campfire to make s’mores. Before they headed off to toast the stag with something a bit stronger with a night out in Cardiff.
