We cannot wait until we can re-open and run adventures for you in 2021. And more than that, we can’t wait until we can all meet up again safely with our loved ones, and we’re looking forward to running many reunion events for you – and of course, having some FUN!
We’re thrilled to be fully reopen and taking bookings from customers living in Wales.
We’re still only working with small groups and we have covid safety measures in place. We are running archery and axe throwing events as well as our popular children’s bushcraft birthday parties!
This includes some weekday availability – perfect for an alternative work Christmas do! We’re also running outdoor learning sessions for schools.
And we have a couple of weekend bushcraft birthday party slots left and individual tickets for our scheduled axe throwing or archery events.
And of course, if you’re looking for a unique gift, we have lovely printed gift vouchers available to order online in our shop. Give someone the gift of adventure this Christmas and something special to look forward to in 2021!
Re-opening confirmed! We’re Good To Go from Monday 6th July 👍
Making the most of having the time to make some elderflower cordial. It tastes delicious, especially when mixed with a G&T! 👌 😉
What things are you appreciating having the time to do?
All’s good when in the woods 👍
Making some repairs and improvements today, ready for when we can welcome you again. And a Kelly Kettle brew, spot on 👌
Beautiful days like today make it even harder that we can’t run adventures for you ☀
Unfortunately we qualify for very little financial / government support and this glorious weather rubs salt in that wound a little.
At the same time, we are of course very grateful to have the time to enjoy the outdoors in the lovely sunshine and we hope you are too. And we completely agree and understand the need for us to remain closed at the moment.
But we are preparing behind the scenes and looking forward to re opening when it’s safe to do so, so that we can run outdoor activities for you.
We miss what we do & we miss you! Stay safe and we hope we can see you soon! Rachel 😁
Here we go… I’m going to shave my head to raise funds for Mind *nervously bites nails*
This week (18-24 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week. Now more than ever, people with mental health problems need support. And now more than ever, charities need our support.
As I can’t have a hair cut, I’ve made a donation to kick start my fundraising. If you can spare a pound or two I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!
Just a few days to go ’til all my hair goes! Photos to follow.
Thanks for your support, Rachel 🙂👍
We like to go the extra mile for our customers. Today’s was a hard job, eating cake! 🎂 😉
We ordered this brilliant bushcraft themed cake from new business RB Cakes, run by friend of Bushcraft Adventures Rachel Blunt.
I can confirm it is absolutely delicious, and that yes, I did have two pieces with my cup of tea! (and maybe a bit before dinner too!) 👍😂
Full blog review to follow soon. We look forward to seeing how we can support RB Cakes and bring these delicious cakes to our customers in the future, Rachel
