On Saturday we welcomed Gandalf, Jack Sparrow and various characters from Dungeons and Dragons for a stag do to remember. It was pretty memorable for us too! 👍
The day started with lots of laughter and me giggling as the group wandered in to our woodland. I knew from the start they were going to be a fun group.
We’ve been asked a couple of times recently if groups can come to their Bushcraft Adventure in fancy dress.
And our response? Your group sounds like fun… of course, wear what you want!

We’re excited to launch our 2019 calendar of bushcraft, archery & axe throwing events, near Cardiff.
A team from DS Smith travelled from far and wide to visit colleagues in Cardiff. And we were thrilled to welcome them for a day of fun activities for their team event near Cardiff.
There was lots of sharp shooting and super s’mores at our recent Wild Wednesday archery event in Bridgend!

Last week we welcomed a group from Calon Cymru Fostering. And this week, a group from Young Carers ROOTS project in Bridgend. Arrival of the cowgirls
I met the group as they pulled up to our site in their minibus. And was greeted by a group of 15 cowgirls all in fancy dress. I knew instantly that we were in a for a fun session!
