Community group activities South Wales

Community group activities South Wales

Last week we welcomed a group from Calon Cymru Fostering. And this week, a group from Young Carers ROOTS project in Bridgend. Both organisations were looking for activities for their community groups, so they came to us. Keep reading to see how they got on, and for more info about our community group activities South Wales.

We make organisation easyCommunity group activities South Wales

We know that our customers are busy, so we make organising an event with us as easy as possible. Both group organisers preferred communication by email, so that’s how we arranged everything. From the first enquiry, we responded with our availability and info about our activities. We also outlined different options to choose from, dependent on their budget.

We exchanged a couple of emails to agree a date, time, activities, cost and invoicing arrangements. Then we were ready to go!

Both groups had a go at archery, fire lighting, and toasted marshmallows to make tasty s’mores. We had fun doing the activities, and had a bit of friendly competition with archery. It was also nice to just have some relaxing time sat round the campfire, with a bit of group banter too!

Participants said they had fun and feedback from the group organisers was positive. And we hope to welcome both groups back in the future!

Our work with community groups

Community group activities South WalesBetween us we have over 20 years’ experience working in the Third Sector before setting up Bushcraft Adventures. We have experience working with different groups and individuals with various needs. And we pride ourselves on being inclusive, and adapt our activities and approach to the individual – not what’s written on a consent form.

We love working with community groups in South Wales. So as our way of giving back, we offer you our most competitive rates. If you’re interested in booking a session or series of sessions for your community group, do drop us a line. We’d love to hear from you!
