Mental Health Awareness Week 2020
Dog walks, drawing, listening to the birds sing, reading, sowing seeds to grow vegetables, sitting in the garden, listening to music.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. These are just a few of the ways we’re being kind to ourselves and looking after our mental health.
What works for you?

Fundraising for Mental Health Awareness Week
This week (18-24 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week. Now more than ever, people with mental health problems need support. And now more than ever, charities need our support.
As I can’t have a hair cut, I’ve made a donation to kick start my fundraising. If you can spare a pound or two I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!
Just a few days to go ’til all my hair goes! Photos to follow.
Thanks for your support, Rachel 🙂👍
Cake tasting – it’s a hard job today! 😉
We like to go the extra mile for our customers. Today’s was a hard job, eating cake! 🎂 😉
We ordered this brilliant bushcraft themed cake from new business RB Cakes, run by friend of Bushcraft Adventures Rachel Blunt.
I can confirm it is absolutely delicious, and that yes, I did have two pieces with my cup of tea! (and maybe a bit before dinner too!) 👍😂
Full blog review to follow soon. We look forward to seeing how we can support RB Cakes and bring these delicious cakes to our customers in the future, Rachel ![]()
Keep looking up
Lockdown… some days are cloudier than others, but keep looking up and focus on that blue sky 👍
How are you doing?
