Beautiful days like today make it even harder that we can’t run adventures for you ☀
Unfortunately we qualify for very little financial / government support and this glorious weather rubs salt in that wound a little.
At the same time, we are of course very grateful to have the time to enjoy the outdoors in the lovely sunshine and we hope you are too. And we completely agree and understand the need for us to remain closed at the moment.
But we are preparing behind the scenes and looking forward to re opening when it’s safe to do so, so that we can run outdoor activities for you.
We miss what we do & we miss you! Stay safe and we hope we can see you soon! Rachel 😁

Dog walks, drawing, listening to the birds sing, reading, sowing seeds to grow vegetables, sitting in the garden, listening to music.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. These are just a few of the ways we’re being kind to ourselves and looking after our mental health.
What works for you?
Lockdown… some days are cloudier than others, but keep looking up and focus on that blue sky 👍
How are you doing?

I’m not a natural runner and I certainly don’t enjoy running. But when I’m feeling stressed, I (reluctantly) grab my running shoes and head outdoors for a run. Because I may dislike running, but I do like that feeling I get afterwards.
We feel better when we spend time outdoors in nature. It’s good for our physical and mental health.
Florence Williams explores this in her book: The Nature Fix – why nature makes us happier, healthier and more creative.
Watch Florence’s short video below to see what happens to our bodies when we spend just 5 minutes in nature (hint: it’s incredible!)
